CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to me, I understand that schedule adjustments are necessary; Therefore I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations as anything less than 48 hours notice is difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. I understand life happens and request that sick clients stay at home. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from scheduled service will result in being charged a fee equal to 50% of services booked.
NO CALL NO SHOWS: You will be charged a no show fee equal to 100% of services booked and will be required to pay a deposit for future appointments. Should habitual no show, consistent late arrivals, habitual cancellations and/or rescheduling occur, services will no longer be provided.

RUNNING BEHIND
Please let me know if you are going to be late prior to your appointment time. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that I may need to reschedule your appointment and charge a cancellation fee. I work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest's schedule that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event that you are late, I cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. It could result in an incomplete service and affect the quality of your service, for which I do not ever feel comfortable doing. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their originally scheduled session.

DISCLAIMER FOR CHEMICAL SERVICES
I can not guarantee that your hair will look exactly like your inspiration photos. I will do my very best to customize THE LOOK to you, going in the direction of your inspiration pictures. Most inspiration photos retrieved from the internet are edited, lighting is a HUGE factor, skin tones are different, natural hair and texture is different. In some cases it does take multiple sessions to get you to your goal. I like to let my new clients know that I will do everything possible to get you to the inspiration pictures! Either way, you will leave with gorgeous color!!! I am not responsible for the fading of hair color or decreased longevity of a keratin smoothing treatment due to improper care or using products purchased from another establishment. There are no refunds for services rendered. If there is an issue, all attempts will be made to rectify the situation and any issues must be addressed within one week of your original appointment. A change of mind about a color request does not constitute a issue, and adjustments will be treated as a new service. Retail products sales are final.

CONFIRMATION AND EMAILS
As a courtesy, I make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. You will receive a email or text message to confirm your service prior to your appointment. My booking system is set up to send you 3 separate reminder email or text messages. The first one when you book your appointment, the second is sent 6 days prior to your appointment and the third at 48 hours prior to appointment. Please click on the link in the email or text to let me know you are confirming. I confirm in advance as a courtesy because I realize how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked over a month ago, however, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and to inform me if your contact information has changed to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and potential cancellation fees.

PAYMENTS
I accept cash, venmo and all major credit cards. Checks are accepted upon approval, Hair By Camille reserves the right to approve and or refuse any form of payment. I offer payment plans through PayPal Credit and PayPal Pay in 4. Payment is due, in full, at time of service, NO EXCEPTIONS! Return checks will be subject to a $50 fee and cash will be required for all future appointments
